🌱 About The Company
Greenpanel Industries is the largest manufacturer of wood panels and is also into manufacturing plywood, medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and allied products. Its principal product is MDF and it is a market leader in this segment.

It was a part of Greenply Industries, but it de-merged on April 1, 2018, into an independent company. Greenpanel largely focuses on the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of MDF.

It also has an overseas wholly-owned subsidiary company incorporated in Singapore, Greenpanel Singapore Pte. Limited, which is engaged in the trading of MDF and allied products.

🏭 Increase In Capacity
The company has 3 manufacturing facilities in Uttarakhand and Andhra Pradesh with an MDF capacity of 5,40,000 CBM p.a. and a plywood capacity of 10.5 million sq. meter p.a. The capacity utilisation of the factories was 69% and 71% in the plywood and MDF segments, which is more than in the preceding year.

The company aims to increase the capacity of the MDF segment from 540,000 CBM to 6,60,000 CBM as a part of de-bottlenecking its production. The company makes 82% of its revenue from the domestic market and the balance, i.e., 18%, from the global market.
